On my objective of running 10 Km with ease. I ran the 10 Km last Sunday in my city's marathon.
It is quite a achievement for me. I used to run 2 minutes and then I would feel all my energy depleted and exhausted. Now I can run 10 Km!
I did it in 1h09. Not bad. But I am adicted now. Next year I want to do it in less than one hour.
I want to do it in about 44 minutes.
I will also use it as a training for my Kilimandjaro project.
