Have the body of a greek god

I feel that I am close to this objective. I just lack the extra motivation to get to the final step.

Beginning next week. I will: swim at least once a week, treadmill at least twice a week, train at least 3 times a week. And I will manage my diet.

With this I should get close to the objective.

The only uncertain thing I need to sort out is how much abs training I will do. And this is the most important part since abs are the most disgraceful part of my body. Therefore they are the part that need most training.
