Marathon this week end

Hello people.

On my objective of running 10 Km with ease. I ran the 10 Km last Sunday in my city's marathon.

It is quite a achievement for me. I used to run 2 minutes and then I would feel all my energy depleted and exhausted. Now I can run 10 Km!

I did it in 1h09. Not bad. But I am adicted now. Next year I want to do it in less than one hour.
I want to do it in about 44 minutes.

I will also use it as a training for my Kilimandjaro project.

Update on running 10 Km with ease

On September 25th I will be running a 10 Km at my local marathon event. This will help on four dreams I have: it will help my health for climbing Kilimandjaro. It will help me fill my dream of running 10 Km with ease. And it will help me get in shape for running a triathlon and finally it will put me up closer on my dream to have the body of a Greek god.

So for the next two weeks, I drop the barbells and dumbells. I concentrate on jogging, endurance and distance.

I'm very excited about that event.

Kilimandjaro update

Back in October 2010 I started a group to go climb mount Kilimandjaro. It started so well that it still on with 22 people and we have weekly activities to amass money for our trip.

It seams that this dream will be filled much sooner than I thought.

Don't under estimate the power of group. They push you forward just when you thought you might take a little rest.
