On September 25th I will be running a 10 Km at my local marathon event. This will help on four dreams I have: it will help my health for climbing Kilimandjaro. It will help me fill my dream of running 10 Km with ease. And it will help me get in shape for running a triathlon and finally it will put me up closer on my dream to have the body of a Greek god.
So for the next two weeks, I drop the barbells and dumbells. I concentrate on jogging, endurance and distance.
I'm very excited about that event.
